User criteria [thread]?

Is there by chance a User Criteria add on around that also adds a thread as a search block [X] threads in [Thread URL]?

I saw some discussion about it in TH"s Extended User Essentials (Deleted), but not much more than that trying to find it?

I want user criteria of posted X in at least Y thread.
