Process to buy a second license to build a different forum?

Hi, so we already own a license for an active forum, using a specific email to login into the

We're opening a new forum for the same owner, and want to buy a new Xenforo license for it.

Do we need to create a new account, using a different email address and credentials, as if we were a new customer entirely?
