Forum won't send emails.....gives server error.

I set up another forum for my lady using my spare license, on her own hosting (NameCheap) and I have an issue with receiving emails. They don't seem to be sending.....

when I test it in the admin panel, i get a server error:

Lütfen içeriği görebilmek için Giriş yap yada Kayıt ol

I also didn't get the confirmation email when I signed up and she had to manually activate my account. Please advise?
