Hello everyone. I think I've done my homework on this but I'd like to make sure of things before I start installing software.
I'd like to have animated avatars on my forum. I've done a lot of searching but very clear instructions (for dummies) are hard to find.
I know that I need the " " PECL extention installed. It seems to be that I ALSO need to FIRST install first, correct? I suppose that all makes sense, but I guess I'm getting confused by...
