Similar to how we can assign moderators to forums, I would like to assign moderators to categories.

Example in core xenforo functionality: /admin.php?moderators/ and more specifically the forum moderator drop down here: /admin.php?moderators/add

Its important not only to XF official addons to have this but also to 3rd party addons who use the same framework as XFMG.
