Allow members to view deleted content in notifications

When a member gets a notification about a deleted post, it would be useful if they could see the content that was removed.

This would allow them to learn what is not allowed, serving as a helpful guide.

Right now, they have no idea which content has been deleted.

We could offer a link that allows the member to access their deleted content?
